  • Should I just buy a new phone?

    NO! Smartphones can start at $500 & up to $1,300 it may not seem or look like that at first when getting your phone for the first time but thats whats in the fine print. If you ask your carrier about your EIP -(Equipment Installment Plan) you will find out your device is not cheap. To start over with a new installment plan on a new device is just wasting money. You have the right to get your broken device fixed, it's less expensive than buying a new phone, plus you save your phone from going into another landfill and harming our beautiful planet.

  • How do I use the mail-in repair service?
    1. Download and print out the repair service form
    2. Fill it out completely
    3. Put broken device in box with repair form and package with care
    4. Use USPS ONLY to ship package; you MUST add insurance and tracking

  • What is so special about Repair Tech Now?

  • How long can the mail-in repair service take?

    This depends on three factors:

    • Shipping Time - From-and-to / to-and-from destination.
    • Stock Availability - Parts in stock.
    • Non-Stock Part - Ordering for non-in-stock parts.

    Please Note: The process could take less than a week if parts are not in stock.
    If parts are in-stock, then same day or next day repair can be done + shipping time may apply.

  • iOS - How Do I Backup My Data?

    iOS Devices: Settings > Your Name at the top of the page > iCloud

    Important: Make Sure you have iCloud Storage Space. You can manage your current storage space here in the manage storage tab or change your storage plan here.

    Going back to the iCloud menu you want to make sure all apps using iCloud are TURNED ON!

    Make sure they are all turned on with the green buttons on. If there is not a green button turned on next to the app then it's NOT being backed up to your icloud account.

  • Android - How Do I Backup My Data?

    Settings > Backup and Reset > Google Account.

    Select the Google Account where you want to back up your data.

    Make sure 'Backup My Data' is turned on - (with a green or colored button).

    Once this step is checked to go back to:

    Accounts > Select the Google account where you want to back up your data > Make sure all items are turned on with a green or colored button > Go to the top right of the page press on the menu/more button and 'Sync Now'
